REMY Sport and Remy FX Elite Lasers
REMY lasers are FDA-cleared under 510(k) K190034. This clearance includes therapeutic heating for temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain, stiffness, arthritis pain, and muscle spasm; increased local circulation; and muscle relaxation. It also includes podiatric soft-tissue use — ablation, vaporization, incision, excision, and coagulation of soft tissue — including periungual, subungual, and plantar warts. REMY is further indicated for the temporary increase of clear nail in patients with onychomycosis (including T. rubrum, T. mentagrophytes, and/or C. albicans). Specialized handpieces and clinical training support these cleared uses; they are not separate FDA clearances.
UltaLaser PBM Pro and Lite Lasers
UltaLaser systems are produced by an FDA-registered manufacturer and entered in FDA’s Global Unique Device Identification Database (GUDID). GUDID listing places the device in FDA’s public device catalog so the manufacturer, model family, and device identifiers can be verified.
This is FDA registration and device listing — not a 510(k) clearance. For comparison, REMY systems are FDA-cleared under 510(k) K190034.
UltaShock Shockwave Devices
UltaShock therapy devices and radial acoustic wave and pressure-wave devices offered on this website are also subject to their respective FDA clearances, approvals, or registrations. We make no medical claims beyond those specific indications cleared or approved by the FDA for these devices.
