We only deal with reputable manufacturers and manufacturer agents who provide high quality products and who take care of our customers. All items sold by Discover Lasers LLC and Class4Lasers.com carry full factory warranties. Any product received damaged or defective will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer within the first 30 days. After the first 30 days the manufacturer warranty is in full effect and if any product service or repair is needed, the manufacturer warranty will come into play and take care of the customer for parts and labor. Class 4 Lasers from REMY Classic/SPORT, REMY FX and Original MEDRAY Class 4 lasers carry a 5 year parts and service warranty with 1 year warranty on all hand-pieces with fiber. ProMax and SuperMax Class 4 Lasers carry a 2 year parts and service warranty.

We carry products from several different suppliers who have their own warranty/refund policy that Discover Lasers LLC must comply with. The Warranty for REMY and MEDRAY Lasers is covered by our Florida based service center, which stocks parts and the service is conducted by a master laser technician in a timely manner, with turnaround usually in a few short days. Discover Lasers LLC offers free shipping in the US on all purchases over $300, except for extra heavy products or at our discretion in unique circumstances. Shipping time depends upon product(s) ordered. Most items are in stock and will be shipped via Insured UPS or Fedex with signature required, for your protection. You can expect arrival with our free shipping program within 3-5 business days via UPS for all REMY and MEDRAY Lasers. If an item is needed sooner, next day or 2 day options are sometimes available with specific products for a fee. Please ask your sales person. If you are from another country please request a shipping quote as prices vary, however, we often can provide free shipping for International orders as well. Items that are refused or cancelled after the item is shipped and before it arrives at your location will incur a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


When a customer purchases a laser or other product through one of our websites and then changes their mind after the batch has closed and the funds have been processed by the credit card company, a non-refundable 3% fee is charged. Consequently, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus 3%. This is because the credit card company will always charge us a 3% processing fee that is non refundable.

Our CLASS 4 LASERS come with a 30 day money back guarantee or trade-up option if deemed necessary. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply call within 30 days of the shipping date for a return authorization number and return your purchase in re-salable condition with all accompanying accessories and paperwork. In order to qualify for the refund, the request must be made within 30 days of the shipping date, the item must be in “like new” condition, meaning new condition with no marks, tears, scratches or erasures on the original product, and with all original retail packaging, literature, manuals, cases, handpieces and glasses. A customer must contact us within 30 days of the product shipping date in order to receive a valid RA# and the correct return shipping address. It is expected that the returned item will be shipped within 1 week of receiving the RA# and it is recommended that you purchase high value shipping insurance send us an email with the tracking number once shipped. 

Return Fee for Practitioners and Non-Practitioners
For Practitioners, the only laser return fee is 3% if you paid with a credit card, as the credit card company will not refund that fee to us. For non-practitioners and non-laser related products, there is a 15% restocking fee regardless of payment form. Or, customer may trade-in the laser (product) and pay the difference toward a different product if desired.

When you ship it back, please include your order number or a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. Please provide us with a tracking number upon shipment so that we can know to keep an eye out for it to arrive. It is highly advised to send the product back via a traceable method such as UPS or Fed Ex or USPS Priority. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items sent back by a customer, so it is advisable that you ship to us insured with tracking number for your protection.

Packages sent without the RA number may be refused. 
We do not accept requests for returns of any item more than 30 days after the shipping date. Item must be returned in original resalable condition with no damaged or missing parts, books, manuals, or packaging. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions.  We do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns unless defective or damaged. Customer is responsible for loss or damage during shipping returns. We recommend all return packages be insured. Items that are requested for return more than 30 days after order shipped will not be refunded, but in some cases can be exchanged for an alternate product within a 60 day time frame. Items returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in sellable condition will not receive a full refund. Damaged or defective items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly exchanged. Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee or shipping fee may apply.

Refund Policy and Return Instructions


All items sold by Discover Lasers LLC carry full factory warranties. Any product received damaged or defective will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer. A money back guarantee is not offered or available for customers outside of the United States due to the complexities of dealing with international borders and Covid-19. Our 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is from the date of shipping, rather than the date of ordering, to ensure that you have plenty of time to put the products to the test and ensure it meets or exceeds your expectations.


Only items that are in “like new” resalable condition may be returned. Simply wrap the product securely in its original packaging, making sure to include all manuals and accessories. For your protection, we highly recommend that you adequately insure the item you are returning. Please call to get a return authorization number (RA#), include a note indicating the reason for your return and include the packing slip or receipt with your return. Please ship it back via UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority Insured Mail with a tracking number so that you have proof of delivery. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and if you do not have your packing slip or invoice, please indicate the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper including your name and contact info, and send the package to the following address:

The exact return shipping address varies depending upon the product. Consequently, we will provide you with the exact return shipping address at the time when it is needed.

All returns must include RA Number, a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return. Packages sent without Return Authorization Number may be refused. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase after receipt of your item. It may take several days for your credit company to show the credit after we have processed it. That amount of time is entirely dependent upon the card carriers bank.
*For non-practitioners and non-laser related items a 15% restocking fee applies for items authorized for return within 30 days of order, with RA#, to the following products: REMY LASERS, MEDRAY LASERS, MedWave Softshock and LZR UltraBright Devices. 


With Financing and/or leasing of equipment, an independent third party is involved in the purchase. Discover Lasers LLC and Class4Lasers.com is not affiliated with any financing companies and consequently, if you choose to purchase equipment by signing a contract with an independent  financing company, there will be no money back guarantee available on products purchased in that manner. If you wish to finance a product let us know and we will be happy to provide you with a Proforma Invoice that is required by the financing company, along with your credit application to determine eligibility. We are pre-approved vendors for several reputable banks and financing companies such as NCMIC, STEARNS Bank and OnePlace Capital (OPC), which insures rapid processing and delivery of your new equipment in a prompt and timely manner via UPS Insured mail. 

International Orders


We do not accept credit cards, but we do provide bank wire transfer info upon valid order request. All ORDERS shipped to any country outside of the USA, do NOT include any customs charges, duty charges or tax/VAT fees, which your country may charge you prior to handing over your item. To find out what your charges may be you will need to contact your local customs office. Discover Lasers LLC and its subsidiaries are not responsible for these charges. The customer will be responsible for all custom duty &/or tax/VAT charges and any local and federal taxes that may be added to the shipment. Customers who decline to pay any custom duty charges will be automatically charged this rate if Customs bills Discover Lasers LLC.

Orders Outside the USA: Credit cards will not be accepted on all orders originating outside of North America. We do not accept International credit cards. If free shipping is not available, Discover Lasers LLC will email you the extra shipping price that will be charged to you, for your approval, before we ship your item to you. 

We are restricted from doing business in Nigeria, Singapore and Indonesia. Foreign orders require payment via telegraph or wire transfer prior to shipment of merchandise.
