Return and Refund Policies
Our REMY Class 4 Lasers come with a 30 day money back guarantee or trade-up option if deemed necessary.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Remy or LZR order, you can return your qualified order within 30 days of the shipping date. To do so, call or email us within 30 days of placing your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The product must be returned in “like new” condition, with no marks, scratches, or damage, and include all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork. Once you receive the RA#, you should ship the item within 1 week. Please email us the tracking number after shipment so we can confirm the return. You can use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Packing and Sending your Return
Once you’ve recieved your (RA#) simply wrap the product securely in its original packaging, making sure to include all manuals and accessories. Please include a note indicating the reason for your return and include a copy of the receipt with your return. Please ship it back via UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority, Insured Mail with a tracking number so that you have proof of delivery.
The exact return shipping address varies depending upon the product. Consequently, we will provide you with the exact return shipping address at or shortly after the time of providing your RA#.
Return Policy
Exchange Policy
Items that are requested for return more than 30 days after order shipped will not be refunded, but in some cases can be exchanged for an alternate product within a 60 day time frame. Items returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in sellable condition will not receive a full refund. If you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee or shipping fee may apply.
Damaged or defective items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly replaced at our expense. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Packages sent without the Return Authorization Number may be refused. We do not accept requests for returns of any item more than 30 days after the shipping date. Item must be returned in original resalable condition with no damaged or missing parts, books, manuals, or packaging. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions. We do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns unless defective or damaged. Customer is responsible for loss or damage during shipping returns, thus shipping insurance is advisable.
If all return conditions are met, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund, once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, after receipt of your item. It may take several days for your credit card company to show the credit after we have processed it. That amount of time is entirely dependent upon the card carrier’s bank, but it usually shows up in 1 to 7 days.
Return Policy for Financed or Leased Purchases
With Financing and/or leasing of equipment, an independent third party is involved in the purchase. Class4Lasers.com is not affiliated with any financing companies and consequently, if you choose to purchase equipment by signing a contract with an independent financing company, there will be no money back guarantee or exchange available on products purchased in that manner.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final with the following items, which do not allow for a refund: UltaLasers, UltaLaser Cart and Accessories (PBM, Pro, LITE, VET, 30W, 45W & 60W), UltaShock Physiowave & VetWave.
Refund Policy
Return Fee
For Practitioners, there is no fee for returns and you get to keep the training, ebooks, and marketing materials.
For non-practitioners, there is a 15% restocking fee regardless of payment form and you get to keep any valuable digital bonus provided.
Customers may trade-in the laser (product) and pay the difference toward a different product if desired (within 30 days).
Order Cancelation Fee
If a product is purchased through one of our websites and then the customer changes their mind after the batch has closed (happens at end of every day), and the funds have been processed by the credit card company, a non-refundable 3% fee is charged. Consequently, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus 3%. This is because the credit card company will always charge us a 3% processing fee that is non refundable to us. If you cancel or refuse delivery after the item has shipped, but before it arrives, a additional 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the 3% fee, plus shipping and handling fees.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping in the U.S.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. purchases over $300, with some exceptions for very heavy items or special circumstances. These exceptions are at our discretion. See International Order Policy Here
Shipping Time
Most products are in stock and ship via insured UPS or FedEx, with a signature required upon delivery for your protection. Standard free shipping for REMY Lasers and LZR UltraBright units typically takes 4-7 business days. UltaLasers 30W, 45W and 60W arrive in approximately 2 weeks.
Warranty Policy
Manufacturer Warranties
We work exclusively with reputable manufacturers who offer high-quality products and take care of our customers. All products sold by Class4Lasers.com come with full factory warranties. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you within the first 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will cover any necessary repairs or services, including parts and labor, in accordance with the terms of the specific warranty.
Service Centers
Warranty services for REMY Lasers is handled by our Florida-based service center. They stock parts and perform repairs with quick turnaround times, usually within a few days, through a master laser technician. For REMY Lasers, we offer white glove repair and prepaid mailing labels, plus a loaner service is available if requested. If our technician can’t fix the REMY laser within 48hrs, we’ll rush you a loaner laser, if you ask for it.
Warranty services for UltaLasers is handled by our California-based service center. The customer is responsible for shipping the laser to the CA service center and the center pays for the return shipping to customer (under warranty).
Other Products
Since we carry products from various suppliers, each has its own warranty and refund policies. If you are unsure about the specific warranty or return policy for a product, please contact us for details.
International Order Policy
Payment Methods
We do not accept credit cards for international orders, but we provide bank wire transfer information upon receiving a valid order request. International credit cards are not accepted for any orders placed outside North America.
Restricted Countries
We are unable to accept orders from Nigeria, Singapore, Indonesia, and potentially others, at our discretion.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the USA do not include customs charges, duty fees, or taxes (VAT). These charges are set by your country and must be paid accordingly by you. To find out what these charges might be, contact your local customs office. Discover Lasers LLC is not responsible for these fees. If you decline to pay these charges and they are billed to Discover Lasers LLC, you will be responsible for reimbursing the payment.
Shipping Costs
In the United States, free shipping is provided for all lasers and light therapy products and accessories valued over $300.
For international orders we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee of $300, but we will need to evaluate on case by case basis and then notify you if there are any additional charges via a written Proforma Invoice (Quote). We do everything we can to provide you with highest quality products and the lowest possible prices.
