What is Shock Wave Therapy?
Shockwave therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment that stimulates damaged cells, activates stem cells, collagen production, and promotes tissue repair and regeneration. With high energy precision and minimal complications, it’s an increasingly popular solution for effective healing. Our UltaShock rivals competing shockwave models that sell for significantly more.

ShockWave therapy is new non-invasive solution for chronic musculoskeletal pain. The Extracorporeal ShockWave therapy is frequently used in physiotherapy, osteology and sports medicine. Applications are mostly associated with the treatment of chronic muscular and tendon disorders, back and cervical pain.
UltaShock Technical Features
The UltaShock ShockWave Therapy Machine features 12 preset treatment areas alongside customizable parameters via its control panel, and delivers powerful 350W electromagnetic softshock therapy with air cooling. Effective and non-invasive, it stimulates stem cell activity and dissolves calcified fibroblasts through radial sound therapy in just 4-6 minutes per area. Its 5 million tested shock outputs far outpace competitors’ 1-2 million.
UltaShock ShockWave Benefits
• Success rate of 80%
• More comfortable for the patient
• More versatile for the practitioner
• Non-surgical and drug-free
• Non-invasive
• No risk of infection
• Faster and easier healing
• Reduce expenses with an affordable therapy
• Increase of cell wall permeability
• Stimulation of stem cells
• Dissolving of calcified fibroblasts
What is Radial ShockWave Therapy?
Two Main Types of ShockWave Therapy:
1. Radial Shockwave Therapy (RSWT): RSWT uses high-pressure acoustic sound waves and is the more affordable option, offering practitioners a faster return on investment.
2. Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT): ESWT, by contrast, relies on more costly equipment (well-known systems like Softwave and StemWave typically range from $30k to $80k) meaning a much longer timeline before recouping that investment.
Choosing the Right ShockWave Machine
Despite these differences, both types work on the same principle: stimulating damaged cells, activating stem cells, boosting collagen production, and promoting tissue repair and regeneration. With high energy precision and minimal complications, shockwave therapy remains a cutting-edge solution for effective, non-invasive healing.
For most practitioners, RSWT is the preferred choice. As a non-invasive, low-risk therapy, it supports a wide range of healing and regeneration outcomes across many conditions—making it an ideal, accessible option. An acoustic wave (or shockwave) is defined by a rapid rise in pressure over a very short period, followed by a gradual decrease with a small negative pressure phase, targeting the affected areas responsible for chronic pain.
Clinical Outcomes of Shock Wave Therapy
• Stimulation of stem cells
• Increase of cell wall permeability
• Dissolving of calcified fibroblasts
• Reduction of unmyelinated nerves
• Energy release at acoustic boundaries
• Stimulation of microcirculation (blood, lymph)
• Stimulation of growth factors (neogenesis of vessels, bone, collagen)
• Release of nitric oxide (vasodilatation, increased cell metabolism, anti-inflammatory effect)
Using the UltaShock
Rotate the frequency and energy adjustment knobs on the front panel of the main unit to set the frequency and energy. Then remove the handle from the handle base and place the treatment head on the painful spot, click the “Ready” button on the main interface, step on the foot switch without releasing it, then the treatment head will start to emit shock waves. Hold the handle and start moving it slowly in spiral motions to cover all painful areas.
