Hardware Warranties
We work exclusively with reputable manufacturers who offer high-quality products and take care of our customers. All products sold by Class4Lasers.com come with full factory warranties. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you within the first 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will cover any necessary repairs or services, including parts and labor, in accordance with the terms of the specific warranty.
REMY Warranties
xWarranty services for REMY are handled by our Florida-based service center. We stock parts and perform repairs with quick turnaround times, usually within a few days, through a master laser technician. For REMY Lasers, we offer white glove service and repair. If we can’t fix the 30W, 45W, 60W or 90W laser over phone or by mailing a part within 48hr, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, and if needed, rush you a loaner laser, if you ask for it, and it is available.

These products come with a 5-year warranty for parts and service, and a 1-year warranty on all handpieces and fiber optic cable.

These products come with a 3-year warranty for parts and service, and a 1-year warranty on all handpieces.

The UltaLaser Cart, flex-arm, headpiece, and fiber optic cable come with a 1-year warranty for parts and service.

These products come with an 18-month warranty for parts and service, and a 1-year warranty on all accessories.

Terms of Warranty
Authorization for Coverage
The Company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to providing any and all necessary product repairs upon service center examination and final determination as to cause or existence of defect and at its option to repair or replace the product(s), which prove to be defective during the warranty period.
Original Purchaser
This warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser (including authorized distributors) of the Class 4 lasers, and hand pieces.
Transfer of Warranty to Other Parties
Any transfer of warranty must be approved in writing from the manufacturer. Warranty transfers will require review and certification by the company.
Warranty on Replaced Products
Products replaced under warranty will be warranted only for the balance of the warranty time period from the original supplied laser and hand piece(s).
Actions that Void the Warranty
This Standard Warranty will not apply to those products which have been:
1. Repaired or altered other than in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, or
2. Abused, misused, improper handling in use, or storage, or used in an unauthorized or improper manner or without following written procedures supplied by the company. We understand that accidents happen. However, accidents such as dropping the unit or hand pieces, thereby breaking the unit or component, are NOT covered by the warranty.
3. Original identification markings or labels have been removed, defaced or altered.
4. Any other claims not arising directly from material defects in material or workmanship.
Responsibility for Warranty
This Standard Warranty is the exclusive warranty made by the manufacturer and its authorized distributors including Class4lasers.com. It is in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall be purchaser’s sole remedy and the manufacturers sole liability on contract for warranty of the products. This warranty shall not be modified or amended without the written approval of the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the manufacturer, its partners, distributors, or Class4lasers.com (collectively referred to as the “Seller”) be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, or inability to use any goods or services sold by Seller, including but not limited to damages resulting from breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
